Hellooooo, party people!
I’m overjoyed because we launch Alchemy Meal Prep next week (holy guacamole) and it got some fabulous press this week. We’ve been working super hard behind the scenes to make everything the best it can be.
Instead of sharing a day of eats, I thought it would be fun to do a phone dump of meals and snacks I’ve enjoyed over the past couple weeks.
The yummiest french toast.
We can’t get enough of my Tuna Noodle Casserole with hot sauce.
A Super Bowl feast! We made a really tasty seven layer dip and this
cheesy white bean buffalo buffalo dip was a home run.
Pizza night! I’m obsessed with Northstar’s Fiore pizza and Jeff loves the pepperoni.
Honestly I’m just obsessed with the agave gummy bears from Lucky’s Market (sorry, Mom).
No-Bake Peanut Butter Chia Bites for my freezer stash.
The most fabulous
Shakshuka with roasted potatoes.
A very refreshing Cherry Cheezecake smoothie bowl from Alchemy.
I’ve been on a chocolatey cherry blueberry smoothie kick for an afternoon snack. Recipe
The best local corn tortilla chips and the best local salsa.
Breakfast tacos at Alchemy Kitchen.
The makings of a very yummy salad with leaf lettuce, tart cherries, carrots, and sharp cheddar.
If you need winter boots, I can’t recommend these enough. They’re so comfortable, cute, and affordable ($60). Game changer for the rain and snow!
oversized gold turtleneck that’s currently on sale.
These leather-looking black pants are a dream. They’re super comfortable (not common for these kinds of pants) and stretchy yet they don’t stretch out during the day. High-waisted, too.
I’ve tried a lot of face washes but I’ve finally found THE ONE. This Fresh cleanser on the pricier side, but once you feel it on your face you’ll never go back. I love that it doesn’t make my skin super dry either! I wash my face only at night and follow it with retinol, which comes highly recommended to combat wrinkles (currently 15% off!).
This is the sunscreen I use every morning (super important when you’re using retinol).
Have the yummiest week ahead, pals!
